The hardest part is I don't own any of the programs feeding data into the review process; and getting buyin from process owners is a struggle. The good thing is I've had training to help me overcome these obsticals: I just need to put that training into action.
I need to make my proposal and include the carrot/stick recommendation for unit compliance.
